		<description>This definitely was an enlightening article. However, as of late - there have been 2 extreme opinions on the on-device portal space... One is that of extreme negativity (ODP is dead), whereas the other a very positive view. 

We have also seen a couple of failures in this space... (most well known being ActionEngine)... Is that a standard start-up churn issue - or is that on accont of system reasons related to the ODP space?</description>
