Managing Success; Introducing Our Virtual Assistant

Andrea Henninge Services

Regular readers will know that MSG is increasing its network of partners and its range of products. But it’s not just MSG that is breaking out in new directions. Andrea Henninge — MSG’s Executive Assistant and Head of Admin — is also growing her business, taking on a limited number of new clients and offering services to companies in the U.S. and Europe.

Her newest client: Lasse Larsen, Chairman of the Board, WIS International (Wireless Information Services), better known as the company behind BipBip, a location-based, ad-funded service MSG covered in-depth here.

Lasse relies on Andrea to organize appointments, conduct research, manage office correspondence and generally order his busy life. As Lasse puts it: “Andrea has a talent for organization and a passion for professionalism.”

I couldn’t agree more. Andrea, who is also the owner of Henninge Virtual Assistance Services, started with MSG two years ago and has consistently delivered her personal best. 24/7 is a given (she is based in U.S. and my office is in Germany) and reliability is baked into her DNA.

With 30+ years of experience as an administrative assistant for a variety of firms in the legal, medical and financial sectors, Andrea is well equipped to direct the daily routine at MSG, where she coordinates interviews, briefings and meetings, and assists in research for projects such as the Netsize Guide.

Moreover, Andrea’s work as a roadie and manager for a variety of rock bands – booking gigs, scheduling photo shoots and keeping everyone on the same page – has taught her to be flexible, good-humored, practical and great fun – all qualities that are an asset to MSG.

I highly recommend her services to executives and companies in the industry. Whether you are seeking a part-time professional or simply require assistance to meet a tight deadline, I encourage you to contact Andrea directly at andrea@msearchgroove.com .
